Guard yourself from scams.

Sadly, scammers are very present in the puppy market posing as both buyers and sellers. Please utilize good practices, don't be afraid to ask for a video of the puppy with them using your name, or take a picture of the puppy with something specific, such as a paper with your name on it, or the date, or a soda can, or whatever, etc. We have been asked to do that a couple of times over the years, and it is no problem at all. Just don't ask for all of them, it would be very time consuming, and one item should suffice. Ensure you don't fall victim to a scam. We can't stress enough how important this is with anyone you contact about a puppy. We have had so many people over the years tell us they were scammed out of their money. If we are in the market for a puppy we check to make sure the name, address, phone number and email address is listed on the website. If an email address is the only contact info we can find on the website, we avoid them! Scammers regularly change email addresses and move on to the next victim.
